In 2006, 37,010 women and children in Minnesota were served by community advocacy programs for
battered women…and many of YOU were a part of these efforts.

The Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women (MCBW) would like to invite you to take some time
to focus on you! The Domestic Violence 101 (DV 101) Training is for new advocates and designed with your needs in mind. DV 101 is an educational and experiential training opportunity designed to engage participants in a process of nurturing and enhancing their skills and knowledge for effective advocacy, as well as providing opportunities to network with others.
