A four day program sponsored by Southern Valley Alliance for Battered Women designed to empower women at risk of returning to the abuse cycle. Program focuses on identifying habits, patterns and behaviors that affect ability to make needed life changes; explores self esteem, confidence, boundaries, trust, standards of behavior and strategies for coping with fear and anxiety.
